The MJT managed phased works across several floors included a full strip out, reconfiguration of services including HVAC, electrics and plumbing. Installation of new partitioning, flooring, tea points and the acquisition and installation of bespoke furniture and other bespoke fittings/features including LED lightboxes and planters. The project consisted of; amongst other elements installation of a rear elevation dormer window, a new wrap-around rear extension and a downstairs wetroom. As well as the aforementioned works MJT also fitted; new windows and doors throughout the property, a new rear patio, steps and the completion of extensive internal redecorations.
